Branded by Watson reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices on promotional merchandise and services offered without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to the customer. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. Branded by Watson has the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove/edit content.

Refunds Policy

If you received a product or order in error, please contact us. Any Refunds will be processed within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. The customer is responsible for customer error.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within that day. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at 1(501) 499-1783 or via e-mail to sales@brandedbywatson.com. Please Note: we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order, that has begun production, however, we will make every effort to comply with your request. 

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping is free!! Unless the customer requests rush shipment. Items are shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS.

Due to the nature of our industry, all properly decorated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
